-- Planning, developing, organizing and controlling the Commercial activities of products produced around the globe and assist in new product development assignment.
-- Place order to every principle with synchronization PPMC/Sales team forecasted demands, develop reorder level and intimate on time supplier to meet our forecasted order.
-- Manage inventory level by focusing on lead time of supplier production as well as Transit time and develop blue print plan to meet customer requirement by looking their business model of JIT.
-- Supervised in EDB document preparation (related to Commercial Dept.) such as Quota renewal deletion of previous part and addition of new Parts in our EDB system.
-- International Supplier’s management in terms of compliance standards, competencies and deadlines.
-- Conducting regular comprehensive Budgeting and Planning exercises
-- Arrange low cost delivery and meeting deadline of Planning Dept. based on tenders and forecasts.
-- End to End contract negotiations involved in intense customer interactions
-- Focus on logistics to arrange best and cost effective route and plan
-- Negotiations for fair & reasonable and price & quality of goods/services in new projects
-- Identify and resolve problems/conflicts relating to payment, Claims, delivery delays and etc
-- Deal matters related with to Shipping such as B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing list.
-- Deal matters related with Payment through Wire Transfer, Letter of Credit (LC) & Bank Guarantees
-- Manage custom clearance with close Coordination with clearing agent
-- Assist Finance in follow up payment against shipment
-- Claim settlement with relates to Marine Insurance
-- Document & Present new ideas with confidence to Management pertaining to any innovative ideas that might benefit the Organization

• Assist in planning, organizing and controlling the procurement activities of the project
• Assist Project Manager on development of procurement procedures and control procurement activity
• Coordinate with all departments for preparation of RFQ, RFQ and Tender Documents
• Supplier Proposal Evaluation and preparation of Report along with Purchase Order and Contract.
• Recommendation of award with respect to fair & reasonable and price & quality of goods/services
• Negotiate tender/RFQ terms and conditions and prepare draft contracts of award
• Sourcing, Negotiations with supplier for the fair and reasonable prices for Contract Services/ Product procure.
• Evaluate and monitor contracted progress/performance to ensure compliance
• Identify and resolve problems/conflicts relating to invoicing, payment, defective articles and shortage/missing parts
• Monitor delivery time and maintain high level of co-ordinate to avoid delivery delays and etc
• Deal matters related with Letter of Credit (LC) & Bank Guarantees
• Ensure clients needs are met in a timely effective manner
